We are actively recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for a busy property in Dublin 

All candidates must be fully eligible to work in Ireland

Self driven & enthusiastic
Always looking to improve personally and professionally
Ability to lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef & Sous Chef
Experience of completing food orders as required
Excellent hygiene and HACCP experience
