Head Chef – €55k – Cavan (Accommodation)

We are actively recruiting a Head Chef for a property in Cavan.

All candidates must hold an Irish or European Passport or a valid Stamp 4 working visa.

About This Role:

• Salary negotiable for the right Head Chef (Approx 50-55K)
• Free Parking
• Option of accommodation for the right person.

Candidate & Role Requirements:

• Looking for a Head Chef who has come from a similar background or busy restaurant background.
• Able to grow and bring a team together to produce an excellent standard of food throughout this busy property.
• Excellent attention to detail required when carrying out your role.
• Strong kitchen manager required and must be able to lead the team.
• Head Chef will need to maintain the highest standard and constantly drive the business forward.
• Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
