We are recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for a beautiful property in Wexford. 

This would be an ideal place to take the next step in your career in a beautiful high-end property.

All candidates must be eligible to work here in Ireland and there is no accommodation available.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role as Sous Chef.
• The Sous Chef must have strong kitchen manager required and must be able to lead the team.
• Able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade.  
• Looking for a Sous Chef who can put their own touch to dishes and menus.
• Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
• Comfortable in a high-volume/ high-end property.
