Candidates must be fully eligible to work in Ireland.
Must come from a 5* background or Michelin background to be considered.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and ingredient functionalities at this level.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious desserts.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in pastry production.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
