We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Dublin.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your assigned section during service, ensuring food is prepared and presented to a consistently high standard while maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Take responsibility for your assigned section during service.
• Complete all preparation and mise en place efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team.
• Follow recipes, portion control and kitchen procedures.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety standards.
• Manage stock on your section and help minimise food waste.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during busy services.
• Assist with training and supporting junior members of the kitchen team.
• Ensure your section is clean, organised and fully prepared for service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
