Chef de Partie – Permanent | South Dublin

We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for a permanent position within a professional private catering environment in South Dublin.

This is a great opportunity for a chef looking for consistent hours, a permanent contract and a structured working environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking fresh meals daily, along with catering for occasional events and additional guests.

Key duties include:

• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
• Baking and food preparation
• Placing food orders and managing stock
• Following HACCP and food safety procedures
• Maintaining excellent kitchen hygiene standards
• General kitchen duties and cleaning

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Chef de Partie or similar experience
• Strong cooking and food preparation skills
• Baking experience essential
• Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety
• Reliable, organised and professional
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team

Hours & Pay

€17.46 per hour
3 days per week: 6:30am–6:30pm
+ 1 half day per week
Permanent position

Garda Vetting required.
