We are recruiting an experienced Senior Chef de Partie for a prestigious hotel property in Dublin 2.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-quality kitchen operation with a varied food offering, including:

The Role
You will take responsibility for your section during service and work closely with the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team.
Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
-
Running your section efficiently during service
-
Completing daily preparation and mise en place
-
Working across restaurant, conference and banqueting operations
-
Maintaining consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
-
Supporting and developing junior members of the team
-
Maintaining excellent HACCP, hygiene and food safety standards
-
Assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen
The Ideal Candidate
-
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
-
Experience in a quality hotel, gastro restaurant or similar environment
-
Strong knowledge of fresh food preparation
-
Banqueting, conference or events experience is an advantage
-
Excellent organisation and communication skills
-
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
-
High standards and a genuine passion for food
