We are recruiting for a Breakfast Chef / CDP to join the kitchen team of a busy, high-volume hotel in Dublin.

This is a permanent role working within a busy breakfast operation serving 200–300 guests daily, with responsibility for breakfast service, supporting lunch service and preparing staff meals.

The Role

• €35,000 salary
• Permanent, full-time position
• 8-hour shifts with 5am and 6am starts
• Monday–Sunday operation
• High-volume breakfast service
• Strong training and development opportunities

The Candidate

• Previous kitchen experience
• Good knowledge of food preparation and HACCP
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organised and professional
• Strong team player with a passion for food
• Flexible to work weekends
