The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.

Depending on the kitchen and operation, your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Managing your section efficiently during busy service periods.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team.
• Monitoring stock, minimising waste and maintaining an organised workstation.
• Contributing to a positive team environment and smooth kitchen operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• A genuine passion for food, quality and hospitality.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A reliable, professional attitude and a team-focused approach.
• A willingness to learn, develop and contribute to a successful kitchen.
