Positions Available

• Chef de Partie (CDP): €35,000+ depending on experience
• Sous Chef: Competitive salary based on experience and responsibilities
• Head Chef: Senior opportunities with salaries reflecting experience and scope of the role
• Pastry Chef: Opportunities for chefs with a passion for desserts, baking and pastry production

Salary range: €35,000–€70,000 per annum, with individual packages determined by experience, seniority, skills and the specific role.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional kitchen experience appropriate to the level you are applying for.
• A genuine passion for food, quality ingredients and culinary standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn and develop.
• For senior positions, proven leadership, kitchen management and team development skills.
• Relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous, but practical experience and ability are equally important.
