We are actively recruiting a head chef for a busy property in South Dublin.
Candidate & Role Requirements:
- Looking for a Head Chef who has come from a good high-volume background and has experience leading a team and keeping high standards.
- This Head Chef will have strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role.
- Strong kitchen manager required and must be able to lead the team.
- Able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade.
- This Head Chef will be able to support the other team members and bring new dishes to the operation.
- Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
