Senior Chef – North Dublin
€23 per hour | Full-time | Afternoon / Early Evening
We’re currently recruiting an experienced Senior Chef for a well-established catering operation in North Dublin.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced chef looking for consistent afternoon and early-evening hours, with no late-night finishes.
The role:
-
Preparing and overseeing dinner service for approximately 90 people (60 adults/30 children) daily

Leading the kitchen and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

Menu planning, preparation and service
-
Managing stock, ordering and general kitchen organisation

Supporting and coordinating the kitchen team

Ensuring HACCP and food safety standards are maintained
What we’re looking for:
-
Previous experience as a Senior Chef, Head Chef or similar

Strong organisational and leadership skills
-
Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety
-
Reliable, professional and able to work independently
