Sous Chef

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef for a well known and established company. This would be a brilliant opportunity for either a Senior Chef de Partie or even a Junior Sous to make the next step in their career or for someone in a similar position to change roles.

This Sous Chef is needed due to business growth and expansion. The ideal Chef will be ambitious and have a passion for cooking excellent food. This Chef will get an opportunity to work with an already established team and constantly be creative.

What we are looking for in our Sous Chef:

• Chef will be a great team player and communicator
• Chef will have a great attitude 
• Chef will ideally come from a Hotel background and will have experience when it comes to large functions and banqueting along with bar food operations.
• Chef will be ambitious and want to create great food.
• Looking for a Junior Sous Chef who wants to put their own food stamp on the map and someone who can give great mentoring to the less experienced members of staff.
