Sous Pastry Chef – €40k – High-end Hotel Munster

Munster, Full Time

Candidates must be fully eligible to work in Ireland.

Must have a 5* background or Michelin background to be considered for the role.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and ingredient functionalities at this level.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious desserts.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in pastry production.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable in a high-end property 
  • Must come from a similar 5 star or Michelin background to be considered for this role
